| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

We are required to collect and pay sales tax to your local district/state only if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. Taxes are charged according to the pickup/delivery address. If you purchase at the winery, in Napa County, you pay sales tax here in Napa County. Your local tax authority deems taxes paid at the purchase location a deduction against taxes due at location of residence/use. What a complex web we weave, eh? Thank goodness for efficient software platforms. |
